  Collected their fees on time - that's probably the only time they are diligent. Tenant left the place in a bit of a state (i was there during the inspection, but assumed the agent knew their job). Apparently leaking bathroom and sticky cupboards are OK because the tenant was there for a bit. "if i were the landlord id be happy" - said the work experience kid they had call me back... And sadly still not the worst real estate company i dealt with
